What's Included?
Below you’ll find the full list of features included in our five Mentorship Programs. Each offering is tailored to help goaltenders reach their highest potential, with specifics adjusted for each age group.
12 Month Development Plan
All students will receive an Initial Assessment along with a 12 month Development Plan personalized to their own goals and aspirations.
In-Season Clinic Training
Future Pro USA offers in-season clinics for goaltenders to receive group training during the regular season. They provide a tune up for goaltenders to work on certain skills that they don't get worked on at a team practice.
The Dialed & Driven success formula
Our Dialed & Driven Success Formula is an athlete centric virtual mentality building program that provides athletes the steps and resources to train their habits, confidence, and mindset to reach their fullest potential.
Winners Circle
The Winners Circle with Jeff Lerg is offered to our Bronze Mentorship and Goalie Mentors Foundations as a virtual town-hall style meeting to help parents navigate all things goaltending. With a set curriculum each month, we discuss all the things needed to foster a successful goalie!
Private Lessons
Experience what it means to train with a purpose. These lessons are tailored to the individual needs of each athlete given their results on the Initial Assessment and Development Plan. The consistency of sessions and communication with each goaltender and family provide a premier program tailored specifically to each athlete’s needs.
Video Review
Video Review is a very crucial part of our development! It provides a way for goaltenders to learn the game in a different way than just practicing the skill on the ice.
MenTALITY building Virtual Calls
Dialed In with Jeff Lerg is exclusively offered to all of our Mentorship Students. Each month Jeff hosts a virtual call discussing goaltending topics and ways to improve your game on and off the ice. Each month will offer a new topic relevant to the time of the season. This call will benefit not only the goalie but the parents as well! Dialed In with Jeff Lerg gives you an opportunity to understand the position and everything that comes with it from someone who has lived and coached it all!
Summer Camps
Our on-site goaltending service, Future Pro USA Goalie School specializes in Summer Camps all around Michigan. Students will have the opportunity to receive premium group training with the choice of 2 camp locations throughout the summer.
Progress Reports
Students and their families will receive personalized progress reports to ensure we stay on track throughout the duration of your Mentorship!

COACHING
Mental Performance with Chris Palmer is exclusively offered to all of our Mentorship Students 12 years and older. Each month Chris (M.A. in Psychology) hosts a virtual call discussing how to develop the tools in your game to stay at your peak for your mental game all year. Each month will offer a new topic relevant to the time of the season.

Visual training
We have partnered with Vizual Edge, to offer goalies another training tool to enhance their game! This completely online platform is trusted by the professionals to develop—or improve—fundamental vision skills that are essential to sports vision performance. Their Vision training is used to improve one’s ability to make accurate eye movements.
Off-ice training
Experience training at our state of the art facilities at the Athlete Lab! Students have the option to receive off-ice training for strength and conditioning, mobility, and visual training.
Tendy TV
Our all emcompassing online tool for goaltender development is Tendy TV! Jeff Lerg is in partnership with Dillon Kelley, where they have created an online platform with 9 subjects to provide goalies with everything they would need to improve their game.
