A Year Of Development
You've got us for a year! Premium Mentorship students receive a 12 month Development Timeline after your initial assessment done by Jeff Lerg. Following, there will be 6 Development Plan reviews throughout the course of your program.
One-On-One Training
Our Certified Goalie Coaches will deliver one-on-one Private Lessons to enhance your skillset. Students will receive 20 lessons from Jeff Lerg and 10 lessons from Steve McGuire.
In-Depth Teaching
We want you to reach your goals! Our coaches will provide 6 sessions of Video Review from your own games and/or practices to ensure you are building the right habits.
Let's Take It Up A Notch
What's a better way to test your development than attending your games? Along with on-site training and development opportunities, your lead coach will perform 4 live game evaluations.
Different Season, Different Opportunities.
With the Premium Mentorship Package, goalies will receive 2 opportunities to attend our Summer Camps as well as a Christmas Camp bonus. This allows our students to learn from like-minded goaltenders in group settings.
We Don't Just Train On The Ice
Goalies will receive the Goalie Mentors Off-Ice Training Booklet including exercises that can be done on your own time to improve your athletic ability.
Mentality Is Key
You receive Summer training from Chris Palmer, Mental Performance coach! 12 sessions over the course of your program, delivered monthly to provide goaltenders with actionable advice to improve their mental toughness and confidence in net!
Get Better Whenever, Where ever!
Not only will you be receiving training in person but, we want to provide you with the tools to get better even when you're not with us! Included in the Premium Mentorship Program is The Dialed & Driven Success Formula — an athletic habit and mentality building program — our all encompassing online training platform! And Dialed In with Jeff Lerg Mentorship Calls - exclusively to Mentorship Students where Jeff Lerg hosts a virtual call each month to discuss varying goaltending topics.
