WHAT YOU'LL GET

A year of development!
Our services go for a year from the day you start. We have various development offerings during regular hockey season and off season.

You will reach your goals.
We will provide you with the best plan based on your caliber and aspirations. Along with an Initial Assessment and 12 Month Development Plan, we will provide 4 Detailed Progress Reports throughout the course of the year.

We want to see you play!
In order to get the best out of your development, not only will we execute Private Lessons, we will dive into your game or practice film. Goalies will receive 4 total sessions reviewing film with a Senior Coach along with 10 Private Lessons with Jared Holsing and/or Steve McGuire.

Dial in your Mentality.
Jeff Lerg, our Founder & CEO gives real and actionable advice every month in our exclusive Dialed In with Jeff Lerg Mentorship Calls. Included in these calls are a set curriculum to lay the foundation for what it really takes to be successful at the goaltending position.

Resources for Parents!
Parents can develop too! Included in this Mentorship will be The Goalie Parent Survival Guide. Written by Jeff Lerg, this guide is targeted to help those navigate the unique challenges of the position by covering the essential fundamentals of goaltending. In addition, Jeff will host The Winners Circle, a series of interactive, virtual town hall–style meetings designed for youth goalies and their parents to bring families together to learn, share, and grow as part of a supportive goalie community. Do you go through the motions or are you 100% dialed in?
Goalies will acquire The Drill Book, a resource is designed to support goaltenders in building key skills both on and off the ice. It offers a structured approach to improving movement, technique, conditioning, and overall performance.

We aim to inspire and educate goalies to reach their fullest potential in any way possible. Our Bronze Mentorship is an impactful resource for goaltenders and their families to understand the fundamentals of all things goaltending. We are more than just on-ice coaches, we are Goalie Mentors!

Our goal is to help you accomplish your goals. With this 12 month program, we will support the development of the goaltending mentality that it takes to be successful. The physical element of the game only represents a portion of the recipe in climbing the hockey ladder. Our goal is to educate and enforce the proven strategies that it to takes to achieve your ultimate goals and develop using proven strategies lead by our team.
