1. Formal Acceptance of Terms

These comprehensive Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Agreement" or "the Terms"), alongside our Privacy Policy which you also agree to, constitute a legally binding, enforceable contract between the individual accessing the digital platforms, submitting data, or utilizing the athletic services (hereinafter "the User," "the Athlete," or "the Subscriber") and Goalie Mentors, operating in full operational integration with Future Pro USA and Lerg Inc. (hereinafter "the Company"). By accessing the domain www.goaliementors.com (hereinafter "the Website"), enrolling in athletic mentorship programs, purchasing apparel, or affirmatively opting into the Company’s telecommunications programs, the User expressly acknowledges, completely understands, and irrevocably agrees to be bound by all stipulations, liabilities, and operational rules contained within this document.

Right to Refuse Service: The Company maintains the absolute right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. This right applies globally to all company services, online store purchases, mentorship subscriptions, in-person camps, exclusive communities, and SMS/telecommunications programs.

2. Detailed Description of the Athletic Services Provided

The Company is a premier provider of specialized ice hockey goaltending instruction and athletic development. The services provided encompass a diverse operational matrix, including highly structured virtual mentorships, private on-ice diagnostic lessons, comprehensive team practice visits, and extensive summer prospect and training camps.

• Exclusive Community: We operate an exclusive "Community" established on the GoHighLevel platform. Access to this Community is a privilege, subject to adherence to internal community guidelines. The Company reserves the right to moderate content, suspend, or revoke Community access for any user at any time at our sole discretion.

3. Billing, Subscriptions, Refunds, and Pricing Policies

By purchasing goods or services from the Company, you explicitly agree to the following financial terms:

• Mentorship Program Subscriptions: Our Mentorship Program is a strict 12-month subscription-based service. The subscription cancels automatically upon the completion of the 12-month term. This subscription cannot be manually cancelled or prorated prior to the end of the 12-month agreement.

• Online Store Purchases: All sales of apparel items and guidebooks processed through our online store are strictly final. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items.

• In-Person Services: All in-person services, including private diagnostic lessons, team practice visits, clinics, and summer evaluation camps, are final and non-refundable.

• Price Modifications: The Company reserves the right to change prices on all goods and services at any point in time. However, any price changes will explicitly exclude and not affect customers who have already completed the purchase of a good or service at a prior rate.

4. Email, Mobile Telecommunications, and Messaging Programs

To ensure seamless logistical coordination for complex athletic scheduling and to deliver timely promotional opportunities to interested athletes globally, the Company operates email marketing protocols alongside an advanced Application-to-Person (A2P) 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) text messaging program compliant with US, CASL (Canada), and GDPR (Europe) regulations.

• Email Marketing: We utilize email marketing as a constant mechanism to communicate with our audience. Users may opt out of promotional emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link provided at the bottom of our email campaigns.

• SMS Program Description & Use Case: Lerg Inc. sends promotional and marketing messages to users who explicitly consent via a separate, optional marketing checkbox within the website https://www.goaliementors.com/ chat widget. Messages may include special offers, discounts, event promotions, and service announcements. Marketing messages are only sent after express written consent is provided and are not combined with transactional consent.

• How Contacts Opt-in to Messages: Users visit the Lerg Inc. website https://www.goaliementors.com/ and engage with our chat widget. Users may voluntarily provide their mobile number and select the marketing consent checkbox to agree to receive promotional text messages from Lerg Inc. Marketing consent is not bundled with transactional consent and is not shared with third parties.

• Comprehensive Opt-Out Mechanisms: The Subscriber retains the absolute, irrevocable right to terminate their participation in the text messaging program at any time, for any reason, without penalty. To execute an immediate cessation of telecommunications, the Subscriber must simply text the alphanumeric keyword "STOP" to the originating phone number.

• Financial Disclosures & International Rates: Standard cellular infrastructure rules universally apply. Message and data rates may apply. International users (including Canada and Europe) should consult their local mobile carrier regarding potential international roaming or messaging fees. Mobile carriers (including US domestic carriers and international providers) are explicitly not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Media Release and Intellectual Property Rights

All structural content published on the Website, including but not limited to exhaustive textual copy, high-resolution photographic assets, proprietary instructional video content, corporate logos, and localized branding represents the exclusive, legally protected intellectual property of the Company.

• Youth and Participant Media Release: By signing up and registering a participant (including youth under the age of 18) for any camp, clinic, or in-person service, the legal guardian acknowledges and expressly grants permission for the Company to capture and utilize those images, videos, and media materials for ongoing marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes.

6. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability and Assumption of Risk

Crucially, the sport of ice hockey, and specifically the position of goaltender, involves inherent, severe, and unavoidable physical risks, including the potential for catastrophic injury. While the Company provides expert, highly technical guidance and rigorous training protocols designed to maximize performance and mitigate danger, the User (and their legal guardians) absolutely assumes all physical risks associated with athletic participation on the ice.

7. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and International Exceptions

In the event of any controversy, claim, or complex dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, both the Company and the User explicitly agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration rather than pursuing formal courtroom litigation before a judge or jury. This Agreement shall be governed by, strictly construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.

• International Exception: If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or Canada, nothing in these Terms will deprive you of the protection afforded to you by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement by virtue of the mandatory consumer protection or data privacy laws of your country of habitual residence.

8. Modifications and Corporate Contact

The Company reserves the unencumbered right to execute unilateral updates, legal revisions, or comprehensive modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time. All formal legal notices must be routed directly to the corporate headquarters:
