Frequently Asked Questions for Payments & Refunds

These are our most FAQ's that we have received about payments and refunds. 

Can I pay my balance the first day of camp?

Please pay your balance in full at least a week prior to the start of the camp you are signed up for. Most camps operate as a sell out. For extenuating circumstances, we will accept cash, check, or Venmo upon arrival on the first day.

Can I pay cash?

We accept online payments as our primary method of payment for all of our services. To best accommodate everyone's situation please reach out to us by phone or email if you prefer to pay in cash. 

Are there refunds?

There are no refunds on any purchases. Credit can be applied for a future program, service, or product. 

Will I receive a confirmation?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite upon registration and a reminder email from us prior to the start of the event.
